Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Student Counselor Trainee to guide students in career and university selection, course planning, documentation, education loans, and financial aid. The role involves monitoring academic progress, identifying strengths and weaknesses, intervening in academic or behavioral issues, and coordinating tutors and support resources. Candidates must demonstrate understanding of institutional policies and recommend suitable programs, countries, and universities.
- Required skills: strong communication, counseling, sales aptitude, fast learning, Malayalam proficiency, and academic advising experience
- Salary: ₹7,00–₹12,00/month; benefits include paid sick time and paid time off
- Work location: on-site in Changanacheri; reliable commute or relocation preferred
