Job Description

Full-time, on-site positions in Kolkata and Bolpur Sriniketan. The Project Coordinator will plan, implement, and monitor social development projects; manage timelines; coordinate teams and stakeholders; prepare reports; organize events; and support advocacy and research.

• Preferred: MA in Social Work and approximately one year of NGO experience; fresh graduates with strong commitment are welcome to apply.
• Required skills: project management, effective communication, teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with basic office software.
• Terms: 12-month contract; salary ₹19,00–₹20,00 per month.
