Job Description
The PMO Specialist will establish and maintain project governance, standardize processes, monitor portfolio performance and reporting, and oversee schedules, resources, and risks to support prioritization and successful delivery across the organization. The role requires driving continuous improvement, producing clear status and performance reports, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of PMO or project management experience
- Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder-management skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
- Organized, communicative, and focused on delivering timely, on-budget outcomes
