Job Description

We are seeking a Staff-level Influencer Management lead based in Central Kolkata to drive influencer-led business development among electricians and contractors. Responsibilities include scouting and segmenting trade influencers, coordinating with the Head of Influencer Management, ensuring BD teams execute beat plans and BTL activations, monitoring influencer NPS, administering timely benefits, and optimizing field-marketing ROI. The role will drive lead conversion and premiumization, review zonal BD/sales performance, consolidate digital feedback, and maintain strong influencer relationships. The position carries authority to approve beat plans and gift allocations and owns end-to-end influencer plan implementation.
