Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate II to support client accounts, provide outstanding service, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage client communications, process transactions, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues, ensure compliance with internal policies, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service standards and deadlines.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in client service or banking, strong communication and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
