We are seeking an experienced Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility Advisor to develop and implement diversity, equity, and sustainability strategies. The advisor will counsel senior leadership, design inclusive policies, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee CSR initiatives and reporting aligned with recognized standards. Required qualifications include a minimum of three years’ experience in diversity, CSR, or sustainability, strong communication and project management skills, data analysis capability, and sound ethical judgment. Key duties include delivering training, monitoring impact metrics, preparing reports, and supporting community partnerships to enhance social impact and ensure compliance.
