Job Description
Vin Software Technologies LLC is seeking a US IT Recruiter with a minimum of one year of US staffing experience. In this full-time, permanent remote position, you will manage end-to-end IT recruitment: source candidates via portals and referrals, screen and submit profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain daily recruiting reports.
- Required experience with W2, C2C, 1099, and candidates on OPT/CPT, green card holders, master’s graduates, and entry-level profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong familiarity with US hiring processes and job portals.
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹40,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule, health and life insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and work-from-home options.
