Job Description
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional channels. The role involves creating and distributing marketing content, conducting A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments, monitoring CPC/CPA/ROAS/CTR, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative, product, and sales teams.
- Experience: 0–1 year in marketing; hands-on Facebook Ads and end-to-end campaign setup
- Skills: strong writing, communication, analytical mindset, and current knowledge of ad platforms
- Employment: full-time, permanent; pay ₹25,00–₹40,00/month; benefits include leave encashment and paid time off
