Job Description
We are seeking a Database Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of our production databases. The role involves designing and operating monitoring systems, automating backups and recovery, optimizing queries, managing replication and capacity planning, and leading incident response and postmortem reviews.
- Requirements: 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or distributed databases; strong SQL and Linux skills; proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash); familiarity with monitoring tools; and on-call experience.
