Job Description

We are seeking a full-time US IT Recruiter to work onsite from Day 1 in Begumpet, Hyderabad. Shift: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of US IT recruitment experience, including at least 2 years supporting state government clients.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for state and local government projects.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and internal databases; submit through VMS/MSP platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent).
• Handle C2C, W2, 1099 engagements, rate negotiations, compliance documentation, ATS tracking and weekly metrics.
• Build pipelines for PMs, BAs, Developers, QA, Data Engineers and ERP specialists.
• Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines required.
