Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Service Marketing Executive to grow service center business through timely service follow-ups, customer engagement, and reactivation of lost customers. Responsibilities include contacting customers for due or missed services, scheduling next-day appointments, promoting value-added services, resolving queries with CRM and service managers, analyzing lost-customer cases and executing reacquisition plans, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Qualifications: Graduate, diploma, or +2; 0–2 years of experience.
- Skills: Strong customer-handling and telesales abilities; disciplined follow-up and process adherence; basic knowledge of automobile service operations preferred.
- Industry experience in two-wheeler automotive, KPO/call center, finance/insurance, retail, or real estate is an advantage.
- Full-time, permanent; Salary ₹120,00–₹144,00/year plus benefits.
