Job Description
YOU’RE HIRED is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and qualifying leads; logging and tracking new leads and sales calls; monitoring and reporting on sales performance; addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally; following up on payments to ensure timely collection; and updating systems with payment information.
Requirements: minimum 1 year of sales support experience, strong communication and follow-up skills, and familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous. This position is available full-time or part-time, with in-person work required. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹23,00 per month.
