Job Description
We seek an experienced MICE Operations Professional to plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) tours. Responsibilities include managing group visas, airline tickets, hotel rooming, and vendor relationships (hotels, transport, activity operators, giveaways, ticketing, visa teams).
The role requires implementing process improvements, conducting quality inspections, resolving operational issues, and developing and managing tour budgets to control costs. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person position. Compensation: ₹165,097.60 – ₹500,00.00 per year. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and have proven experience in MICE operations and vendor management.
