Job Description
We seek a skilled, customer-focused Aesthetic Therapist to join our cosmetic dermatology team. Responsibilities include performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and skin/hair/body therapies; assisting physicians with advanced procedures; conducting skin analyses and creating personalized treatment plans; maintaining clinic hygiene and equipment; educating clients on aftercare and product use; managing consultations, follow-ups, and records; and delivering excellent service with appropriate upselling of treatments and products.
Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Aesthetics/Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy, clinic or salon experience, understanding of skin types and protocols, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Preferred: laser certification and experience with RF, HIFU, PRP, or microneedling. Full-time, permanent, on-site. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹25,00/month.
