Job Description

Nohitatu is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage inbound/outbound emails and place outbound calls to U.S. patients to schedule appointments. The role requires use of OfficeAlly or comparable systems to verify and update patient records, sustain follow-up for account resolution, and coordinate with internal teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (U.S.); confident telephone presence.
• Night-shift availability aligned with U.S. time zones; 3 working days per week.
• Quick learner of OfficeAlly or similar tools; responsible and proactive.
• Basic healthcare AR follow-up experience is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred.
• Position begins with a 1-month trial; high performers will transition to permanent payroll.
