Job Description
Renovolt Smart Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Relations Executive to manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads; assess customer needs; and recommend on-grid, hybrid, or off-grid solar solutions. The role involves coordinating with technical, installation, and finance teams, preparing quotations, proposals, and technical brochures, and managing follow-ups.
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma; fluent in Malayalam; strong customer-service skills
- Skills: Basic MS Office proficiency and fundamental solar technical understanding (training provided)
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year) welcome
- Compensation: From INR 10,00 per month plus incentives
