Job Description
We seek an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team full-time. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field and have 3+ years designing industrial automation systems. Proficiency in SolidWorks (advanced), practical manufacturing knowledge, and intermediate to advanced English are required. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience leading small teams are essential.
- Lead complete mechanical design phases: concept, detailed design, validation, BOM, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver integrated solutions; present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Support project planning and supervise team members through design execution.
