Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet sales targets.
- Responsibilities: greet customers; order, stock, and merchandise; operate POS for sales and returns; run promotions; ensure cleanliness and safety; coordinate with suppliers; report to Store Manager; resolve customer complaints; supervise junior staff.
- Requirements: strong communication and customer focus, inventory knowledge, organization, and attention to detail; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of retail experience.
Retail hours include weekends. Compensation: ₹20,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits: meals, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund. In-person position.
