Job Description
The Shalimar Hotel seeks a dependable Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchenware; operating dishwashing equipment; maintaining clean floors, counters, and equipment; disposing of waste and restocking cleaning supplies; assisting chefs with basic food preparation; and complying with food safety standards. Training is provided—no prior experience required. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and lift for extended periods, and demonstrate punctuality and teamwork. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; full- and part-time positions available. Competitive monthly pay (₹10,00–₹12,00), employee meals, provident fund, and opportunities for advancement within the hotel.
