Job Description
The Bookings Coordinator will manage reservations and schedules, liaise with clients and vendors, confirm bookings, and maintain calendars and booking systems. You will coordinate event logistics, respond to inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prepare daily reports to ensure timely communication and seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling or customer service
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with booking software and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize
