Job Description
Food Culture is seeking an experienced F&B Service Captain to lead front-of-house operations, supervise service teams, ensure SOP compliance, coordinate with the kitchen for timely orders, handle guest issues, support POS and billing, train staff, and drive upselling and loyalty engagement. The captain will act as floor-in-charge in the manager’s absence.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of restaurant service experience with leadership, strong communication skills, POS knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Details: Full-time, permanent, on-site role. Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays. Salary ₹15,00–₹18,00/month. Benefits include provided meals and paid time off.
