Job Description
We are seeking a Website Platform Support Specialist to ensure reliable, high-performance web services. Responsibilities include monitoring uptime, diagnosing and resolving platform issues, performing routine updates and backups, managing CMS and server configurations, and responding to user tickets. You will collaborate with developers to deploy fixes, maintain technical documentation, and enhance platform stability and security.
- Requirements: at least one year of web hosting experience, proficiency with Linux and Apache/Nginx, basic SQL and DNS troubleshooting, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear English communication.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms and scripting.
