Job Description

Vaidyas Ayurveda Village seeks a full-time Resident Office Assistant to support daily retreat operations in Vaikom. The role requires managing front-desk duties, guest communication, appointment scheduling, and routine administrative tasks while preserving a calm, restorative retreat atmosphere.

• Qualifications: fluent English, organized, responsible, adaptable, courteous, and able to work independently within a small team.
• Benefits: on-site vegan meals and accommodation; work is in person at the retreat.
• Compensation: ₹12,00–₹14,00 per month.
