Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Loans Officer to conduct on-site weekend sales (Saturday & Sunday mandatory), weekday customer visits, and bank follow-ups. The role involves handling walk-ins, explaining loan products, collecting and verifying documents, initiating logins, and monitoring cases through sanction and disbursement. You will coordinate with banks and internal teams, manage leads, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and prepare timely reports to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales experience.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years of back-office coordinator experience preferred; Marathi language preferred.
- Location: Pune H.O., in-person. Compensation: ₹16,00–₹18,00 per month.
