Job Description
We seek a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer to work on-site at our Pune Head Office. Responsibilities include weekend sales (Saturdays and Sundays), weekday customer and bank visits, lead follow-up, and end-to-end case management from application login to sanction and disbursement. You will assist walk-ins, explain products, collect and verify documents, coordinate with banks and internal teams, monitor case progress, prepare reports, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; 2 years back-office coordinator experience; Marathi proficiency.
- Salary: ₹18,00–20,00 per month.
