Job Description
We are seeking a MyHR Live Support Advisor to provide prompt HR assistance via chat, email, and phone. The role involves resolving employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, policies, and onboarding; triaging and escalating complex cases; maintaining accurate case notes; and contributing to FAQ and knowledge base updates.
- Requirements: strong communication, empathy, analytical problem-solving, familiarity with HR systems, and the ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
- Preferred: experience in HR support or customer service, bilingual abilities, and basic MS Office skills.
