Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Business Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and inform decision-making through data analysis, process mapping, and KPI monitoring.
- Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support cross-functional project implementation.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL to track KPIs and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations and support change initiatives.
