Job Description
We are seeking a Bancassurance Relationship Associate to manage bank partner relationships, drive insurance product sales, and deliver outstanding client service. Key responsibilities include coordinating with bank advisors, assessing client needs, presenting tailored solutions, meeting sales targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years’ experience in bancassurance or financial services, strong communication and negotiation skills, a basic understanding of insurance products and regulations, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
