Job Description
iPremium India seeks a professional Tele Caller Executive to support BeastDrive. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, responding to service inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving customer questions, guiding prospects through the booking process, and converting leads into confirmed ticket sales. The candidate will maintain precise call records, follow-up logs, and customer data while achieving daily and weekly sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: strong verbal and interpersonal skills; confidence in objection handling and negotiation; basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Language: fluency in at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada).
- Experience: prior telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Job Type: Full-time, Fresher. Salary: ₹11,024.96–₹25,900.08/month. Work Location: In person.
