Job Description
iPremium India seeks a professional Telecaller to represent BeastDrive. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing service inquiries, clearly explaining features, resolving questions, and converting leads into confirmed ticket sales. The Telecaller will maintain accurate call logs, follow up with prospects, and keep CRM records up to date while consistently meeting daily and weekly sales targets.
- Requirements: excellent communication, confident objection handling, basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) is required.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Job type: Full-time, in person. Pay: ₹5,917.57–₹25,121.29 per month.
