Job Description
We are seeking a professional Restaurant Server to provide outstanding guest service at Travancore Court. Duties include greeting and seating guests; taking accurate orders; promptly serving food and beverages; answering menu questions; recommending and upselling items; and resolving guest concerns. Additional responsibilities encompass table setup and clearing, cash and card handling, opening and closing procedures, restocking, and enforcing health and safety standards.
- Requirements: strong customer service and communication skills, solid menu knowledge, basic math competency, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From ₹17,00/month. Benefits: meals provided and Provident Fund.
- Location: Travancore Court (on-site).
