Job Description

We seek a diligent, organized Executive Assistant to support our Director in Pune. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination; scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups; drafting emails; preparing minutes and documentation; and tracking tasks with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience: 2–5 years as EA/PA
• Skills: strong communication, disciplined follow-up, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Attributes: ownership mindset, integrity, confidentiality
• Conditions: full-time, permanent, in-person; residence within a 45–60 minute commute
• Compensation: from ₹20,00/month
