Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Last-Mile Operations Manager to lead and optimize our final-mile delivery network. You will manage fleet and courier teams, design efficient routes, enforce safety and service standards, and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD) and cost per delivery. The role includes coordinating with warehouses and partners to resolve exceptions and driving continuous operational improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or last-mile operations
- Strong leadership and analytical skills; familiar with route-planning tools and Microsoft Excel
- Results-oriented, decisive, and effective in problem resolution
