Job Description
The Rooms Controller manages daily room operations to maintain high cleanliness standards and ensure guest satisfaction. This role coordinates housekeeping, maintenance, and room allocation while supervising and scheduling staff.
- Oversee housekeeping schedules, inventory, and laundry operations
- Conduct room inspections for quality control and handle guest requests
- Liaise with front office and maintenance and report performance metrics to management
Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in rooms or housekeeping, proven leadership, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and basic inventory and scheduling skills. A hospitality diploma is preferred.
