Job Description

DBS Consumer Banking Group invites applications for a Customer Service Officer to deliver outstanding retail banking support. Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, transfers, cheques/drafts, account openings and service requests, maintaining compliance with regulatory and bank policies. You will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues within established timelines and escalate when required.

• Requirements: 2–4 years of banking experience; degree preferred in Banking or Commerce; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate client relationship-building, responsibility, deadline orientation and solid computer proficiency.
