Job Description

CELSE LABS is seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to drive enrollments in Kochi. Responsibilities include cold-calling prospective students and parents, presenting programs, negotiating and closing admissions, and converting leads into confirmed enrollments. Candidates must hold any degree, have at least 1 year of EdTech telesales experience, and demonstrate strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills. Applicants should be target-driven and assertive. This is an on-site sales role for experienced telesales professionals only (no freshers).

• Salary: ₹21,00–₹30,00/month plus incentives
