Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer & QA to coach agents, design and deliver training programs, and ensure consistent service quality across channels. Key duties include facilitating training sessions, creating learning materials, conducting quality audits, scoring interactions, providing actionable feedback, and reporting KPI insights to support continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, training, or quality assurance
- Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and learning management systems (LMS)
