Job Description
We are seeking an experienced artisan baker with 2–3 years of professional experience in sweet buns, kulcha, brioche, pizza bases, sourdough, and other artisan breads. Responsibilities include dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking; maintaining product consistency, hygiene, and safety; and working efficiently within scheduled hours. This part-time role (25 hours/week) is based in JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore. Compensation: ₹10,00–₹35,00 per month. Benefits include a flexible schedule, meals provided, and internet reimbursement. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on baking skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and reliable time management.
