Job Description

We are seeking an Audit & Compliance Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating internal and external audits, monitoring adherence to laws and internal policies, conducting risk assessments, and preparing clear audit reports. You will support remediation efforts, maintain compliance documentation, develop and enhance control procedures, deliver staff training, and liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in audit or compliance; strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, proficiency in MS Office and audit software, and ability to manage deadlines and work cross‑functionally
