Job Description
JP Hotel Chennai seeks a professional Guest Service Associate to manage guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, billing, guest records, requests, and complaint resolution. The role requires operation of hotel management software for reservations, profiles, and payments, with special attention to themed accommodations (for example, igloos). The associate will explain themed features to guests, manage themed bookings, and ensure a comfortable, memorable stay in unique environments.
- Experience: 2–5 years in the hotel industry
- Location: Chennai-based or willing to relocate
- Employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month
