Job Description
Glory Power Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks Customer Support Associates for on-site e-commerce operations. Schedule: rotational shifts, rotational weekly off, 6 days/week, 9-hour login (8 hours productive + 1-hour break). Required: Tamil (regional) and basic English reading. Eligibility: freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months BPO experience preferred for higher pay); graduates or undergraduates; up to 30 years of age.
Compensation: Freshers — ₹12,823 take-home; Experienced — ₹12,00–₹14,00 take-home (typical ₹14,00). Selection: HR, Operations, and Trainer interview rounds. Work mode: in person.
