Job Description
The Little Titans seeks a full-time Pre-Primary (Mother) Teacher to lead one classroom using a blended play-based curriculum (Finnish, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, NEP 2020). Responsibilities include planning activities, observing and supporting individual development, maintaining a safe and loving environment, communicating daily with parents, collaborating with staff, and participating in events and trainings. On-site position with salary ₹20,00–₹25,00/month and paid sick leave.
- Requirements: ECCE certification or equivalent experience in modern early-learning methods; progressive or international preschool background preferred.
- Skills: strong English, patience, creativity, and digital proficiency (Kindiedays).
