Job Description
We are seeking a .NET and SQL Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications built on .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. You will diagnose issues, reproduce defects, analyze logs and T-SQL, deploy patches, and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes. Maintain database and application uptime, monitor performance, and document resolutions for the knowledge base.
- Requirements: 2+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, backups, and performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and customer focus. Familiarity with source control and ticketing systems preferred.
