Job Description
Vaara is seeking a full-time, permanent HVAC/Refrigeration Field Service Technician to support last- and first-mile EV cold chain systems. The role involves phone-based technical support, on-site troubleshooting and repair, travel to customer sites, maintaining spare parts and tools, and preparing clear service reports.
- Requirements: ITI in Refrigeration/HVAC (diploma preferred); up to 2 years’ experience in refrigerator/AC repair and maintenance; skills in copper brazing, leak detection, refrigerant charging, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel at least two weeks per month.
- Compensation: ₹25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include commuter support, flexible schedule, paid sick leave, PTO, and occasional work-from-home.
