Job Description
We are seeking an in-person Field Sales Executive based in Alappuzha, Kerala. Salary: ₹18,00–₹30,00 plus incentives. Responsibilities include meeting customers, assessing homes/sites, explaining on-grid and hybrid systems, presenting ROI and subsidy details, closing deals ethically, and maintaining CRM records.
- Contract: 6 months; engagement types: full-time, internship, freelance, volunteer.
- Requirements: 1+ year field sales experience (solar, real estate, insurance, FMCG preferred); Plus Two or degree; fluent in Malayalam and English; two-wheeler and valid license; daily travel; 1–2 years employment stability.
- Benefits: phone reimbursement, paid sick time.
- Career path: Field Sales → Senior Sales → Sales Lead → Area Sales Manager.
