Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Guest Program Coordinator to plan and manage guest visits and experiential programs. The role includes scheduling activities, coordinating logistics with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining guest communications, preparing detailed itineraries, overseeing on-site hospitality, and tracking budgets and performance reports.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years’ experience in event coordination or guest services, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. The successful candidate must be adaptable to variable working hours and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
