Job Description
Santamonica Study Abroad Pvt Ltd seeks a courteous and organized Customer Relations Associate for its Kanjirappally office. Responsibilities include welcoming walk-in students and parents, managing phone calls, emails, and messages, scheduling appointments, coordinating with counselors, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with basic documentation and form completion.
We welcome proactive, customer-focused candidates with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates or applicants with experience in customer service, front office, or the education sector are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, in-person role. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
