Job Description
Pin Click, a tech-enabled real estate advisory, seeks an on-site AVP Sales in Bengaluru to lead luxury and HNI transactions. The role requires driving sales strategy, negotiating high-value deals, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and mentoring a residential sales team.
- Lead and manage sales team; set targets and monitor performance
- Oversee client servicing and lead negotiations for premium properties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Requirements: proven sales and customer service experience, strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, bachelor’s in Business or related field; HNI real estate experience preferred
Full-time, in-person. Compensation up to ₹1,800,00/year; cell phone reimbursement provided.
