Job Description
City One Tourism & Travel LLC is seeking a proactive Holiday Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and engage international clients, build and maintain partner relationships, and advise travelers on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.
- Manage bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints
- Promote and sell tailored travel packages and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Represent the company at international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events
- Monitor market and competitor trends and provide exceptional customer service
