Job Description
We are seeking a Learning Advisor to support learners in achieving academic and career objectives by creating personalized learning plans, conducting needs assessments, and monitoring progress. The role provides one-on-one coaching, recommends resources, coordinates with instructors, and reports outcomes to drive program improvements.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and 2+ years of experience in academic advising, tutoring, or training.
- Skills: strong communication, empathy, basic instructional design, data literacy, and the ability to motivate learners.
